Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle technique that involves softly tapping on the median points of the body. We know that our emotional health plays an important part in our physical health and overall well-being. If we are experiencing emotional discomfort, unhappiness, stress, or whatever other negative feelings we may have, then our body generally struggles to function as well as it might.

EFT (tapping) works to remove the energy blockages thereby restoring a sense of well-being and harmony to the mind and body.

During a session you will be asked to tap on your meridian points (on your head, face, collar bone and hands) and probably repeat certain words or phrases that are relevant to your own situation. Some problems may be cleared straight away although it is likely that three or four sessions may be required.
