I offer sessions on-line or the safe and confidential setting of my own home is an option too.  Weather permitting, some clients prefer to work on the beach as it’s a 3 minute walk from my workspace.

We would have an initial complimentary conversation on the phone.  It’s important to establish if we can work together and whether I think I would be able to help you and whether you think I am the right fit for you also.

Following on from that I would suggest a treatment plan which would most likely be somewhere between three and six sessions.

I use a blend of tools and techniques depending on what works best for my client.  I make myself available between sessions to catch you if you need me.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a naturally occuring state - sometimes known as trance. What this means is that we all have a conscious and a subconscious mind. 

In a session I would use relaxation techniques to guide you to a state where your conscious mind is relaxed and your unconscious mind is more open to suggestions. I help clients to eliminate any problems that could be holding them back from getting on with their lives.
